Medicaid and MedicareWhat is your cancellation policy?At the time of our first appointment we will discuss the cost of sessions which is based on your insurance, if applicable. I require 24 hours notice of a missed appointment otherwise the client is responsible for the session fee. Everyone is entitled to a once a year cancellation, without having to pay the fee, for unexpected situations. The cancellation policy is waived when there is snow or inclement weather expected which allows us to make a decision about holding session or not on the day of.
